Financial fallout

Kristi's 2025 ethics disclosures show Bryon received $1,135,000 in salary and LLC distributions while Kristi earned $241,519 in her final year as South Dakota governor and accepted about $180,000 in book advances. Between 2020 and 2022 the pair took six loans totaling $2.6 million, including a $1,000,000, 10‑year mortgage at 4.59% secured on commercial property.

Model payments revealed

Documents and model statements say Bryon allegedly paid Nicole Raccagno roughly $30,000, plus recurring fees: $250 a month for VIP OnlyFans access, $20 per minute for private video chats, and about $1,500 monthly for racy videos. Raccagno also claims he funded cosmetic work, luxury goods and routine fillers or Botox.
